Paula Kirman is a freelance writer and Web designer who has lived in Edmonton all her life.

Experience: As a freelance writer and photographer, Paula talks to many interesting people in the city and spends a lot of time at Edmonton's various sites and events. Some of her publication credits include the Edmonton Journal, Montreal Gazette, Edmonton Woman, and Where Edmonton. She also owns Calypso Communications and Consulting, a communications firm specializing in Web design, research, and writing. In her spare time, Paula enjoys cycling, reading, playing guitar, and listening to all kinds of music, especially World Music.

Education: Paula has a Bachelor of Education in English and Music from University of Alberta.
